This is Soowoonjapbang, a traditional food experience center.

At Soowoonjapbang, we base our offerings on a 500-year-old family

recipe book, providing a space where people can learn and experience

the cultural value of traditional Korean cuisine
through a modern lens.

We faithfully recreate traditional recipes while offering customized
dishes for each guest.

By using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, we highlight the natural
flavors of the ingredients and create healthy, richly flavored dishes.

In addition, since the chef who made the food communicates with the

customers directly and explains its meaning and history, it provides

a special experience of experiencing tradition and
culture together, not just a meal.

We aim for every visitor to gain a deeper understanding of Korean

traditional food culture through learning various recipes and the
stories behind them.

Furthermore, we hope that foreigners can enjoy our cuisine in its

authentic form, helping to naturally introduce Korea's traditional
food culture to the world.
