Hello, we are the 'Tohamsan Honeybee World', collecting high-quality honey from the famous 'Tohamsan' Mountain, in the millennium of 'Silla'.
The CEO returned to the village in 1996, and began beekeeping in 1999. Over the past 20 years, he and his spouse have carried on the business and also have completed the CEO Program, the Insect Course, the Agricultural Product Start-up Course, and Agricultural Marketing Course, in the Gyeongbuk Peasant Academy and an Agricultural College. And now, he have working with the son, who has a master's degree in applied entomology, as second generation of the beekeeping.
We operate five bee sites located in Haseo, Hanseo, Eupcheon, Sanggye, and Sangra in Gyeongju,Gyeongsangbuk-do. More than 900 hives and millions of bees produce 15 tons of honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis and more, each year. Honey has been a product that has brought many benefits to mankind for a long time. It is the least time-spending food for humans to eat and create energy. And it also raises immunity.
We Tohamsan Honeybee World are offering a "Ro-hwa-pol" experience program, which allows people of all ages to enjoy royal jelly, pollen, and propolis.
We are also making efforts to communicate with residents and donate to disadvantaged people for the development of the community. We will continue to practice our love for our neighbors and produce good products that are considered for their health and welfare.
